MSP Programme Management can be used on any type of programme in any environment.
The framework contains a complete set of concepts and processes for a properly run and managed programme and a focus on transofrmational change.
Foundation equips you with an understanding of core functions – plus principles, themes and processes to manage your programme. It is a pre-requisite for the Practitioner qualification. The 60 question, 60 minute closed-book exam has a 60% pass mark (36/60).
Practitioner builds on the understanding developed at Foundation level, providing you with the knowledge to apply and tailor PRINCE2 Programme Management to your organisation’s programmes. The 70 question, 2.5 hour open-book exam has a 60% pass mark (42/70).
