The Praxis framework can help you and your organisation realise planned benefits from projects, programs and portfolios. The Praxis Framework™ combines four types of best practice guidance; Knowledge, Method, Competency and Capability. It’s the first framework to integrate projects, programs and portfolio in a single guide.
These features result in greater efficiency in the adoption and implementation of good practice – reducing training and operating costs and decreasing the time needed to develop and maintain an effective project delivery infrastructure.
Enhance your knowledge, ensure you are using the framework effectively or simply assess your capability with the Praxis Certifications.
Praxis Foundation (3 days) equips you with an understanding of project and program functions – plus the processes and documentation used to manage lifecycle phases. Foundation enables you to work effectively as part of any project or program management team. It is a pre-requisite for the Practitioner qualification.
Praxis Practitioner Upgrade (2 days) builds on the understanding developed at Foundation level, providing you with the knowledge to apply and tailor Praxis to your organisation’s projects or programs.
Take the Practitioner Bridging Course if you have project and program certification and would like to use the integrated framework. We offer this to PRINCE2® and MSP® Foundation and above. The course covers alignment of Praxis and other frameworks, with some pre-course preparation.
