The 2 day Foundation course provides an understanding of
- How to lay foundations for successful Agile projects
- How an agile project is managed
- The different management styles needed for successful agile projects (compared to “traditional” projects)
- How to provide integration with PRINCE2® and other methods
This workshop also includes review, consolidation of concepts and exam questions for the Foundation level certification.
The Foundation exam is on the day 2 afternoon.
AgilePM Foundation is available in virtual instructor-led mode or as an online course.
Exams are available online after completing a Yellowhouse course.
The Practitioner course and exam can be taken after the Foundation Exam, as an eLearning course with a 2 hour Practitioner Exam (50% pass mark).
