Facilitation is a word used in a variety of contexts. However, ‘being a facilitator’ and ‘facilitating meetings/events’ requires key skills and a deep knowledge of the principles and concepts involved.

Tony Mann has been working in facilitation for over 20 years. His robust methodology provides structure to enable specialists and managers to facilitate effectively. The pragmatic, practical approach has gained a wide range of followers in public, private and NGO sectors in the UK and internationally.

APMG has developed training qualifications with Tony’s book: “Facilitation – an art, science, skill or all three?” and the “Facilitation – A Manual of Models, Tools and Techniques for Effective Group Working”. This training course will help develop necessary expertise to become accomplished at facilitation.
