PRINCE2 can be used on any type of project in any environment.
The methodology contains a complete set of concepts and project management processes for a properly run and managed project and a new chapter with a focus on People.
Foundation equips you with an understanding of project functions – plus principles, practices and processes to manage your projects. It is a pre-requisite for the Practitioner qualification. The 60 question, 60 minute closed-book exam has a 60% pass mark (36/60).
Practitioner builds on the understanding developed at Foundation level, providing you with the knowledge to apply and tailor PRINCE2 to your organisation’s projects. The 70 question, 2.5 hour open-book exam has a 60% pass mark (42/70).
