Community of Practice

Our customer community meets in person … and virtually, using a “round table” approach to deep dive into selected topics. The community consists of mainly Yellowhouse customers and other persons with interest.

We started with Management of Portfolios, and the MoP Definition cycle.
We’ve explored how projects get into the pipeline and how to understand the strategic pipeline.

We’ve looked at project categorization aligned to corporate strategy for the change portfolio.

We’ve explored Prioritization – how to get the best out of your investment portfolio and deliver the most value.

  • We’ve looked at balancing the portfolio – trading off optimized value to reflect force-ranked reality.
  • We’ve explored Benefits Management.
  • We include the role of the PMO in challenging times.
  • We’ve looked at Governance and decision-making and how to create excellence.
  • We’ve looked at Gateway, assurance, P3M3, capability uplift and maturity development.
  • We encourage you to bring your own story and we engage guest speakers.

We have a LinkedIn group, and we publish events there. Face-to-face events are at the Hilton Brisbane, virtual sessions are run through Microsoft Teams.
