PRINCE2 Project Management
PRINCE2 can be used on any type of project in any environment. The methodology contains a complete set of concepts and project management processes for a properly run and managed project and a new chapter with a focus on People.
Foundation: PRINCE2 Foundation (3 days) equips you with an understanding of project functions – plus principles, practices and processes to manage your projects. It is a pre-requisite for the Practitioner qualification. The 60 question, 60 minute closed-book exam has a 60% pass mark (36/60).
Practitioner: PRINCE2 Practitioner Upgrade (2 days) builds on the understanding developed at Foundation level, providing you with the knowledge to apply and tailor PRINCE2 to your organisation’s projects. The Practitioner Upgrade can be taken as a classroom, virtual instructor-led or online course with a 70 question, 2.5 hour open-book exam (60% pass mark).
